At INDY Sunglasses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If you aren't in love with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn eyewear in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Frames

  Securely place your sunglasses, along with the original case and cleaning cloth, inside a protective shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
